Amanda Clay of Mount Vernon was named to the President’s List at Texas A&M University - Commerce for the fall 2008 semester.Miss Clay had a 4.0 grade point average for the past semester. She is the daughter of Garry and Patricia Clay of Mount Vernon. She graduated from Mount Vernon High School in 2007.
