Terri Easley was one of nine Johnson County Community College, Overland Park, Kan., faculty to be selected to receive the Distinguished Service Award.
The award is bestowed in recognition and reward of teaching excellence. Ms. Easley, a former resident of Mount Vernon, is an associate professor of speech and debate. She teaches courses in public speaking and debate, as well as coaching the college’s nationally recognized intercollegiate debate team.
