A baccalaureate service for Mount Vernon High School candidates for graduation will be at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 22 at the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon.
Speaker for the event will be Martin Bass. A service for Saltillo seniors will be at 6 p.m. Sunday, May 29 at the Weaver Baptist Church. A service for the Sulphur Bluff seniors is set for 7:30 p.m. Sunday, May 29 at the Sulphur Bluff Baptist Church. Dress for each of the events is formal, however, seniors are asked to bring their cap and gown to the service. All seniors, their parents and families are encouraged to attend the event.
