The 2012 Mount Vernon High School Homecoming Parade was conducted in downtown Mount Vernon on Monday, Oct. 15 and began a week full of activities leading up to Friday night’s festivities. Members of the Tiger football team rode on the North Franklin VFD fire truck in the Homecoming Parade on Monday, Oct. 15. More than 25 entries participated in this year’s parade.
