Mighty Tiger Marching Band members Jessica Velazquez, Nicholas Poe, and drum major Marcus Hollingsworth model for school board members the new band uniforms. During the meeting, members of the Mount Vernon School Board voted to move $400,000 from the fund balance and designate it to purchase items not included in the 2012-13 budget.
