Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Warren Williamson, formally of Mount Vernon, recently participated in the 2008 Guns and Hoses Boxing Tournament at Resistol Arena in Mesquite.  The purpose of the Guns and Hoses Tournament is to raise funds to benefit the youth in the Mesquite area, to provide monetary support to families of fallen fire and police officers, and to donate designated funds to named charities of the fire and police boxing tournament participants.
