Registration to participate in the 2009 Franklin County Youth Soccer league is underway now at the local Dairy Queen. An official sign-up date is set for 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 22 at Dairy Queen. Late registration and try outs are set for Saturday, Aug. 29.
