The Mount Vernon High School junior varsity and freshman Lady Tiger volleyball team defeated Hooks on Tuesday, Aug. 18. The junior varsity team won in three matches 25-17, 13-25, 25-17. The freshman won in two matches 25-14 and 25-7. Both the junior varsity and freshman teams lost to Rains on Friday, Aug. 21.
