The Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse Annual Labor Day Rodeo drew competitors locally, around the State, and from other states for the nine events offered.
A total of 180 cowboys and cowgirls registered as contestants in the various events offered, according to the secretary with the Wing Rodeo Company.
