Jonah Copeland finished the junior varsity cross country race at Mount Pleasant with a time of 20.30 minutes in 28th place out of a field of 160 runners. The team will compete at the Lindale meet on Friday, Oct. 2. See the Oct. 1 edition of the Optic-Herald for details on other team member times.
