Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Former Mount Vernon Lady Tiger basketball athlete, Aly Sherman, will compete as a member of the West Texas A&M University Lady Buffs basketball team at Texas A&M - Commerce on Saturday, Dec 11 at 5 p.m.  Members of the community are encouraged to attend the event. The Lady Buffs have won the Lone Star Conference four years straight and received their conference rings in a ceremony Saturday, Dec. 4 in Canyon.
