Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Mount Vernon Tiger track team won first place at the Quitman Track Meet on Thursday, April 5. The team accumulated 132 points at the event. Dakota Fountain placed first in the triple jump event with a 42’11” jump, first in the 200 meter run, and second in the long jump.
