Raif Ramsay received “Best Little Athlete of the Year” by Coach Kevin House the P.E. teacher for Chapel Hill Elementary.
The award is given to the student with the overall best behavior, listening skills, attitude, and ease to coach. He is the son of Michael and Diane Ramsay of Mount Vernon.
