Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

All boys and girls that will be incoming seventh, ninth, and eleventh grade students, must have a completed health physical before they will be allowed to compete in school related athletic games during the 2009-10 school year at Mount Vernon High School. Physicals for girls will be at  3:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 19 in the girl’s locker room.  The cost for the physical is $15 and checks should be payable to Allison Rios. Students should have the front page of the physical sheet completed and signed before they arrive for their physical. The boys physicals were conducted Tuesday, May 12 at the school. Anyone who missed the physicals should make arrangements with their family physician to have a physical performed.
