Wish to be granted
A local child will learn if her dearest wish to her heart will be granted by the Make - A-Wish Foundation®" and when that might be at an upcoming event. Members of the community are encouraged to attend "Princess Dejah Day" set from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 21 at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church Family Life Center. Varsity cheerleaders
The Mount Vernon High School varsity and junior varsity cheerleaders recently returned from a National Cheerleading Association (NCA) summer camp.
