Distinguished Service Award honors historical commission

Paul Lovier, Elease Hubbell, B. F. Hicks, Mary Lou Mowery, Lillie Bush-RevesThe Franklin County Historical Commission, and its nonprofit association, was recognized by the Texas State Historical Commission. The Distinguished Service Award was formally presented by Judge Paul Lovier during the Monday, July 28 meeting of the Franklin County Commissioners Court.
