Approximately 200 people braved 20° temperatures to attend a prayer vigil for Joe Scally, owner of the local Dairy Queen, in the restaurant’s parking lot on Monday, January 6.
Mr. Scally became critically ill last week from a bacterial infection. Don Huffstetler provided an update on Mr. Scally’s condition, and Pepper Puryear and Jack Wallace led the prayers.
