Board members elect officers, spend money, honor employees

Jennifer Sumrow named Region 8 Assistant Principal of the Year

Jennifer SumrowMount Vernon Elementary School Assistant Principal Jennifer Sumrow has been named the Region 8 Assistant Principal of the Year by the Texas Elementary Principals and Supervisors Association.

College bound and attending students receive scholarships

MVISD Kindergarten registration continues

Registration for Pre-kindergarten and Kindergarten is continuing at the Mount Vernon Elementary School. The school office is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Auringer signs with Trinity Valley

Over $114,000 in scholarships awarded to Saltillo graduates

Senior students at Saltillo ISD received $114,600 in scholarship money at an awards banquet earlier in May and during graduation ceremonies on Friday, May 30 at the school.
