You are hereby commanded to appear by filing a written answer to the Petitioner’s Petition at or before ten o’clock A.M. on the first Monday after the expiration of 42 days from the date of the issuance of this Citation, same being Monday, the 31st day of March, 2014, at or before ten o’clock a.m. before the Honorable District Court of Franklin County, Texas, at the Courthouse of said County in Mount Vernon, Texas.
YOU HAVE BEEN SUED. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the Clerk who issued this Citation by ten o’clock A.M. on the Monday above specified, a Default Judgment may be taken against you.
Said Petition was filed in said Court, on the 6th day of February, 2014, in this Cause Number 11663 on the docket of said Court and styled,

A brief statement of the nature of this suit is as follows, to-wit:
This suit is a petition for appointment of a Receiver to lease the undivided mineral interests owned in certain lands referenced hereinbelow by the Defendants who are the persons first named above and to whom this citation is directed. The lands which are the subject of this suit re 1.80 acres of land, more or less, situated in the Wm. S. Keith Survey, A-270, Franklin County, Texas. The Defendants own an undivided mineral interest in the above mentioned tracts of land as set out in the Original Petition filed herein. This suit and the lands made the subject of this suit are more particularly set forth in the Original Petition on file in this case. The parties to this suit are Fair Oil, Ltd., Plaintiff, and the Defendants, who are the person first set forth above to whom this citation is directed.
