The City of Mount Vernon has received funding for a Texas Capital Fund Grant.
The City is requesting qualified firms or individuals submit proposals for grant management and engineering services. The City is procuring these services and will enter into contract upon the grant award.
In order to be considered, proposals must be submitted prior to 5:00 p.m. on the 10th day of January 2012. The City of Mount Vernon is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer and individuals or firms submitting proposals will not be discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, mental or physical disability, marital status, parenthood or age.
The City reserves the right to negotiate with any and all management consultants or firms that submit proposals, per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Uniform Grant and Contract Management Standards Act of 1981. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
