To: Odira Paulina Martinez
notice to defendant: “You have been sued. You may employ an attorney. If you or your attorney do not file a written answer with the clerk who issued this citation by 10:00 am on the Monday next following the expiration of 20 days after the date this citation was issued, a default judgment may be taken against you.”
The petition of Justin P. Ross, Petitioner, was filed in the 62nd District Court of Franklin County, Texas on the 28th day of March 2013, against Odira Paulina Martinez, Respondent, numbered 11,520, and entitled “In the Matter of the Marriage of Justin P. Ross And Odira Paulina Martinez, And In The Interest Of (Ross), A Child,” as is more fully shown by the Petition on file in this suit.
The Court has authority in this suit to enter any Judgment or Degree dissolving the marriage and providing for the division of property and providing for any matter in the interest of children including, but not limited to, the appointment of a conservator and order for child support, all of which will be binding on you.
