Shon Cody Gage, age 29 of Talco, Tex. died Sunday, April 13, 2014. He was born Nov. 14, 1984 in Mount Pleasant to Debbie Sawyer and Jon Gage.
Mr. Gage attended Rivercrest Schools and grew up in Talco. He was an oil field worker.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Virginia Sawyer and Peggy Sawyer, Odia Story, Lucille Story, Fern and Charlie Warden and Lawrence and Annie Gage; and an aunt, Kitty Sawyer Filkins.
He is survived by his wife Elizabeth Jenay Gage of Talco; his parents, Debbie Dale and her husband, Ron, of Talco, his father, Jon Gage and his wife, Sam, of Talco; mother and father-in-law, Jeannie and John Stephens of Cookville, father and mother-in-law, Chris and Stephanie Stephens of Cookville; grandparents, Bonney and Blanton Gage of Talco; grandfather, Kenneth Sawyer of Avinger; grandparents, Jean and Bob Maxwell of Mount Pleasant; daughter, Kylin Cody Joy Gage of Anderson, Mo.; sons, Brendyn Mobley of Anderson, and Kainin Cameron of Mount Pleasant; brother, Aaron Kendal and Akela Gage of Paris, B.J. and Holly Elliott of New Boston, Mason Dale of Marietta, Tex., and Shannon Dale of Houston; sisters, Renea and Brandon Molloy of Mount Pleasant, and Courtney Elliott of DeKalb, Trista and Nathan Devenport of Texarkana, Tex.; brother-in-law, Damien Stephens of Cookville; aunt, Pam and James Dean; mother of his daughter, Nikki Johnson of Anderson, Mo.; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
