A memorial service for Coy LeVerne Jetton, age 60 of Mount Vernon, was at 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19, 2011 at Murray Orwosky Funeral Home in Sulphur Springs. Mike Fletcher of Spur on Ministries officiated.
Mr. Jetton was born Nov. 2, 1950 to Coy B. Jetton and Mattie Lena Weatherford Jetton.
He died Sunday, Jan. 16 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his parents and two sons, Michael Wycough and Art Daniel Rurak.
He is survived by his wife, Darlene Jetton of Mount Vernon; his sons and their spouses, Jay Lynn and Ashley Jetton of Mount Vernon, Johnny Dale and Christy Jetton of Winnsboro, Coy Turner “C.T.” Jetton of Winnsboro, Adam Rurak of Mount Vernon; his daugthers and their spouses, Melissa Kay and Jason O’Neal of Lindale, Gena Lavern and Scott Mosher of Mineola, Hope E. and Dathan Durant of Cumby; his brothers and their spouses, Olliver E. and Judy Jetton of Pickton, Gerald L. and Karen Jetton of Mount Vernon, L. D. and Nan Jetton of Mount Vernon, and Jody and Judy Jetton of Campbell; his sister and her husband, Mickie D. and Michael Hansen of Oklahoma; nine nieces and nephews, 21 grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
