Funeral services for Hazel Neumann, age 86 of Sulphur Springs, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Cypress Cemetery with Rev. Fred Lewis officiating.
Mrs. Neumann was born Aug. 22, 1924 in Winnsboro to John Birdsong and Nell Moore. She was married to Arnold Neumann.
She died Sunday, May 15 in Sulphur Springs.
She is survived by a son, David Pogue of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Helen Mann of Sulphur Springs and Moualynn Fildes of Dallas; and a brother, Bill Birdsong of Sulphur Springs.
Pallbearers were Dick Pogue, Lindsey Birdsong, and Keith Birdsong.
