Memorial services for Billey West, age 80  and Janis West, age 73 of Mount Vernon, will be conducted at a later date.
Mr. West was born July 4, 1930 in Sulphur Bluff to Bill West and Gladys Dillard. He died Saturday, June 11 in Mount Pleasant.
Mrs. West was born Nov. 10, 1937 in Urbana, Iowa to Carl Fremel and Florence Coleman. She died Sunday, June 12 in Tyler.
They are survived by his son, Larry West of Mount Vernon; her children, Samuel Yarbrough of Yuma, Ariz., Kris Yarbrough of Mountain Home, Ark., Libbie Rottman of Lisbon, Iowa, and Vicky Munson of Marion, Iowa. Mr. West is survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren and his sisters, Dorothy Fulgum of Raleigh, N. C. and Renette West of Mount Vernon. She is survived by eight grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
