Graveside services for Gladys Ottinger, age 93 of Allen, formerly of Franklin County, were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 19, 2011 at the Hagansport Cemetery.
Mrs. Ottinger was born Jan. 8, 1918 in Franklin County to Burton Johnson and Essie Clifton Johnson.
She died Monday, Oct. 17 in Allen, Tex. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Ray Ottinger and Ernest Bise; two sons-in-law, Richard Abrams and Darrell Morris; a grandchild, and her parents.
She is survived by four children, Glenda Bise of Allen, Troy Bise of Giddings, Gail Morris of Allen, and Carla Abrams of Allen; a sister-in-law, Bernice Markovic of Mount Vernon; a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Walton and Ruth Ottinger of Hagansport; seven grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren.
