Martha never met a stranger and was always willing to lend a hand to those less fortunate. Martha enjoyed her Sunday Class at First Baptist Church in Clyde as well as her church family. Martha had a passion for oil painting and was an accomplished artist. Her ability to grow anything was amazing. Her gardens at her home were filled with many assorted and exotic flowers and plants.
Martha lived in Abilene until 5 years ago when she moved to Fort Worth. Her hobbies included painting, fishing, growing flowers, vegetables, and trees, spending time with friends and family, and enjoying her dogs. However, her favorite hobby was spending time with her grandchildren. Martha was a take-charge type of lady and was fun to be with.
