Funeral services for Robert Titsworth, age 64 of Talco, were at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2012 at Curry-Welborn Funeral Home. Burial was in the Bridges Chapel Cemetery.
Mr. Titsworth was born Oct. 24, 1947 in Bokoma, Okla., to Loyd Titsworth and Alama Fay Fairless. He married Mary Elizabeth Grose on March 31, 1971. He was employed at Quickway Door Factory.
He died Monday, Aug. 13. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Clara Gibson and Rosalie Tolison, and a brother, Orlando Gill.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Titsworth of Talco; three sons and daughters-in-law, Robert, Jr. and Rene Titsworth of Cypress, Paul Wayne and Melinda of Cypress, and Dallas and Isabella Titsworth of Monahans; three daughters and sons-in-law, Leana Joe Titsworth of Talco, Katherine and Michael Edwards of Mount Pleasant, and Elizabeth and Marty Forsythe of Mount Pleasant; a brother and sister-in-law, Gene and Ella Titsworth of Blossom; a sister and brother-in-law, Charlene and Harless Gibson of Kildare; 14 grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Robert Titsworth, Jr., Paul Wayne Titsworth, Colton Lee Blake Titsworth, Steve White, Joe Grissom, Michael Edwards, Marty Forsythe, and Jamason Gibson.
