Private memorial services for Mary Ann Wood, age 83 of Mount Vernon, will be conducted at a later date.
Mrs. Wood was born Nov. 30, 1928 in Tulsa, Okla., to Roy O. Underhill and Josephine Glenn.
She died Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at Mission Manor Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, A. B. “Jack” Lynn, Jr. in 1961, her second husband, H. S. Wood in 2004, two granddaughters, Melissa Hargrove and Jennifer Stovall, and a step-daughter, Elaine Henderson.
She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Zenette and Ron Davis of Mount Vernon, Dana and George Hall of Hillsborough, N. C., Cion and Rick Lee of Davis, Okla., ; a son, Gregory Lynn of Columbus, Ohio; a step-daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Jack Davis of Broken Arrow, Okla.; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
