Funeral services for Helen Anita Crawley, age 81 of Mount Vernon, were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012 at Harvey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial was in the Providence Cemetery with Randall Crawley, Jr. and Brad Hatley officiating.
Mrs. Crawley was born June 14, 1931 in Sulphur Bluff to Ernie Huie and Donie Marie Bassham. She was married to Burt Lee.
She died Friday, Oct. 12 in Mount Vernon. She was preceded in death by her first husband, George Crawley.
She is survived by her husband, Burt Lee of Mount Vernon; 10 children and their spouses, Michael Crawley of Mount Vernon, Shelby and Kelley Crawley of Pittsburg, Randall and Sharion Crawley of Cookville, Lynn and Kevin Baker of Mount Vernon, Barbara and Keith Bailey of Sulphur Springs, Tim Crawley, Mark and Leslie Crawley of Daingerfield, Tony and Cynthia Crawley of Gilmer, Juanita and Shane Tutt of Sulphur Springs, and Nicky and Melodie Crawley of Hawkins; 22 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and three sisters, Dorothy McWright of Daingerfield, Edna Bullard of Lone Star, and Janie Foster of Mesquite.
Pallbearers were Chad Crawley, Caleb Crawley, Marty Crawley, Toby Hume, Christopher Williams, and Trace Crawley.
Honorary pallbearers were her great-grandchildren.
