Mr. Turner was born January 1, 1940 in Mt. Vernon Texas. He was the son of Aubrey and Maud Turner. Mr. Turner died Monday October 22, 2012 in the comfort of his own home.  He was preceded by his parents Aubrey and Maud Turner, his sister Audrey Sue Turner and his son Russell Wade Turner.

He is survived by his wife of 32 years Rita Turner and his daughters Robbie Shea Turner, and Treva Turner Lancaster, his son in law Terry Lancaster, his grand daughters Audrey Whiteley, Shanna Whiteley Cornell and Jessica Whiteley.  He had one grandson Zachary Lancaster. Gracie Paige Proctor and Averie Cornell are his two great grand daughters.

Friends and family are encouraged to attend a Memorial in celebrating his life at his daughter Treva Turner Lancaster’s house at 1921 FM 21 Mt. Vernon, Tx 75457 Thursday October 25, 2012 from 5pm to 8pm. If directions are needed please call
