Memorial services for David Vaughn Mooney, age 40 of Winnsboro, were at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 7, 2012 at Lake Cypress Baptist Church in Scroggins.
Mr. Mooney was born July 13, 1972 in Hot Springs, Ark. He died Thursday, Nov. 1 in Winnsboro.
He is survived by his wife, Dawn Mooney; five children, Greyson, Emilo, Sofia, Bianca, and Tucker; his mother, Brenda Smoke of Hot Springs, Ark.; and his father, Robert Engle of Longview, Tex.; two sisters, Casey Elliott of San Antonio and Sherry Zayas of Jacksonville, N. C.; four nieces and one nephew.
