The Mount Vernon ISD is now accepting proposals on the following items for 2009-2010 school year:
Fuel and Fuel Supplies
Soft Drink Supplier
 All proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked clearly on the outside: PROPOSAL NAME, DUE DATE, & TIME, submitted to Mount Vernon ISD,P.O. Box 98, Mt. Vernon, TX 75457. Proposals must be received by 1:00 P.m. June 11, 2009. Approval of proposals will be made at the June 22, 2009 Board of Trustees meeting. Mount Vernon ISD reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals to protect the best interest of the school district.
