The above items should be on a delivery basis to the Mount Vernon School Cafeteria. Deliveries should be made prior to 9:00 a.m. for bread and 10:00 a.m. for ice cream. All proposals must be in a sealed envelope marked clearly on the outside: PROPOSAL NAME, DUE,DATE, & TIME, submitted to Mount Vernon ISD, P.O. Box 98, Mt. Vernon,TX 75457. Proposals must be received by 1:00 P.M. June 11, 2009. Approval of proposals will be made at the June 22,2009 Board of Trustees meeting. Mount Vernon ISD reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals to protect the best interest of the school district.
