The application proposes to inject fluid and oil and gas wastes that are exempt from regulation under Subtitle C of the Federal Resource Conservation Recovery Act into the Woodbine, Eagleford formation, H.E. Easterling lease_, Well No. 5D, located_ 5.5 miles WSW from _ Talco, Texas_ in the Talco Field in _ Franklin_County.
