A Public Hearing will be held on June 16, 2009, at 3:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Multi-purpose Facility located at 208 Taylor Street in Mount Vernon. This meeting is to discuss activities and services that will be provided under the new Texas Department of Housing and Community Grant ARRA funding allocated to N.E.T.
