Mount Vernon Housing Authority Community Center On July 30th, 2009 at 8:00 a.m., the Board of Commissioners for the Mount Vernon Housing Authority will hold a public meeting to receive comments on the Housing Authority’s Five-year Plan and Annual Plan. The meeting will take place at the Mount Vernon Housing Authority Community Center located at 954 S. Kaufman St.
