This notice makes public a request to revise Lots 6, 7 and 8, the Oaks Subdivision as shown by Plat recorded on page 158A, plat cabinet, Franklin County Clerk’s Office, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas. It is proposed that the existing Lot 6 and the Western 3/4th of Lot 7 be replatted as Lot 6-R and the existing Eastern 1/4th of Lot 7 and Lot 8 be replatted as Lot 7-R. The first reading wil take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on July 27,2009, at 9:00 AM and the second reading wil take
place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on August 10, 2009 at 9:00 AM. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
