This notice is to make public a request to revise lots, part of 524 & 527 and all of 526, Section II, King’s Country  of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record on Page 20A, Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County Texas.
It is proposed plotting all properties described as Lot 526 R. The first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on September 14,2009, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on September 28, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
