The first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on Sept. 28,2009, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on Oct. 13, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
