This notice makes public a request to revise Lot number 20R, Land’s End as shown by Plat recorded on plat cabinet slide number 240B, Franklin County Clerk’s Office, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas.  It is proposed that Lot number 20R be combined with the adjacent Parcel A1 (0.986 acre) and 0.21 acres of Lot number 1, Land’s End – Phase Two.  The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on December 14, 2009, at 9:00 AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on December 28, 2009, at 9:00 AM.  Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
