PROJECT MANAGER PROPOSALS

Franklin County, Texas, acting as general contractor, will receive proposals for an individual to serve as project manager for the continued construction at the Franklin County Recreational Park, CR NW1030.

Sealed proposals will be received until 12 noon on Wednesday, March 31 at the Franklin County Courthouse, 200 N. Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas; at which time proposals may be opened for review. Discussion and potential hiring of a manager will be take place in a 1:30 p.m. meeting of the Franklin County Commissioners Court at that same location and date.
