This notice makes public a request to revise Lots 519 and 521B as shown by Plat recorded on page 144A, plat cabinet, Franklin County Clerk’s Office 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon Texas.
It is proposed to re-plat lots 519 and 521B into a single lot to be designated as 519R. The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 north Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on April 26th, 2010 at 9:00AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on May 10th, 2010, at 9:00AM.
