Sealed requests must be in the office of Komatsu Architecture on or before 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, 2010 in a sealed envelope plainly marked “Request For Proposal for Construction-Manager-At-Risk for Franklin County Courthouse Exterior Restoration”. Requests will be opened in the Commissioners Court on Monday; April 26, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. Franklin County reserves the right to reject any and all requests. There will be a mandatory pre-proposal conference at 10:00 A.M. on Monday April 12, 2010 in the Commissioner’s Courtroom of the Franklin County Courthouse, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas.
