This is notice of Cypress Springs Special Utility District’s intent to file an application with the United States Department of Agriculture – Rural Development. The purpose of the proposed project will be to provide additional water supply capacities for the service area by constructing a surface water treatment plant expansion.  The amount of funding to be requested for the project is $4,460,650.
