This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for the Tall Tree East Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record in PC 49 A and B, Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County, Texas, in order to allow the hereinafter referenced lots to be  removed from the plat of the development and consolidated into one tract of land owned by Richard Leed and wife, Linda Leed. The lots involved have frontage on public roads and are located on the east side of the Tall Tree Development and do not access the development through the security gates. The Owners do not use the benefits of the gated community within the Tall Tree Development. The lots are identified as follows: Lots 30-33, Tall Tree East, an addition to Franklin County, Texas in the J.D. Nelson Survey, A-355, to be designated as 0.97 acres of land. The first hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision will be held on July 26, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; and the second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision will be held on August 9, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; both hearings will be in the Commissioner’s Court in the Franklin County Courthouse, Mount Vernon, Texas.
