This is to make public a request to revise the plat for the King’s Country Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record in PC 17-A, Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County, Texas, to allow Lot 1, Section 1, King’s Country Subdivision (0.236 acres of land, more or less) to be removed from the plat and the development and consolidated into one tract of land owned by Llyod Parker and Clinton Kraig Yarbrough. The first hearing for consideration of this application, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on September 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; and the second hearing for this consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on September 27, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; both hearings will be in the Commissioners Court in the Franklin County Courthouse, Mount Vernon, Texas.
