This is to make public a request to revise the plat for the Snug Harbor Estates Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record in Volume D, Page 104, Surveyors Records, of Franklin County, Texas. It is proposed that the boundaries for Lots 18, 19, 30, 31, 46 and  47 be revised to create two lots, to be designated as Lots 18R and 19R owned by Richard Mercer. The first hearing for consideration of this application, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on September 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; and the second hearing for considerationof this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held on September 27, 2010, at 9:00 a.m.; both hearings will be in the Commissioners Court in the Franklin County Courthouse, Mount Vernon, Texas.
