Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

NETO will  conduct a public hearing on September 23, 2010, at 2:00 p.m. in the Franklin County Multipurpose Center located at 208 Taylor Street in Mount Vernon. The purpose of this hearing will be to canvass community members in assessing the needs of our clients. We would also like to discover any gaps in service in our respective counties provided under the Community Services Block Grant funded through Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs.  Catagories of services include Employee Supports, Emergency Services, Child and Family Development, and any other miscellaneous items as determined by the general public.
