NOTICE OF CONSTABLES SALE

By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the JUSTICE COURT of FRANKLIN COUNTY on the 22nd day of September, 2010,
by the Clerk thereof, in the case of
TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
VS. DOUG WHITE AND TERESA WHITE
In Cause No. CO1509 and to me, as CONSTABLE directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell at 10:00 O’clock AM on the 2nd day of November, 2010, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the Official door of the Courthouse of said Franklin County, in the City of Mt. Vernon, Texas, the following described property, to wit:
All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land situated in Franklin County, Texas and being a part of the J. D. Nelson Survey, A-355, being Lot 60, Tall Tree East Subdivision as shown by plat of record in Volume G, Page 250 of the Surveyor’s Records of Franklin County, Texas and PC 49 A-B of the Plat Cabinet Records of Franklin County, Texas, which property is described in a warranty deed from Robert Laney and Virginia Laney to Doug White and Teresa White, dated August 24, 2000, recorded in Volume 45, page 869, of the Real Property Records on March 27, 2001.
Levied on the 22nd day of September, 2010, as the property of DOUG WHITE AND TERESA WHITE to satisfy a judgment amount to $3,970.74, representing penalties, interest and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
All bidders must comply with Section 34.015 of the Texas Property Tax Code.
